You account is designated by the email address you provide when creating an account. We do not collect any locational data.
Besides your email address, we also store the names that you enter into Ketchup to represent your contacts, as well as any other Ketchup-centric information such as how frequently you intend to communicate with them. We do not read or store your contact phone numbers.
The imported contacts have an ID number that your phone locally designates to them. This ID only has significance within the local context of your phone and is not meaninful otherwise as an identifier. We store this ID as a way to keep the contacts in Ketchup synced to your phone contacts. We do not store phone numbers or any other information associated with your contacts. They are only referenced locally on your phone by way of the previously mentioned mapping ID.
We do not sell or otherwise transmit any of your info to any other parties. Everything that is stored is expressly for the purpose of backing up your submitted data so that you may sign in freely from other devices or recover your account in the case of losing your local storage.
